Job summary

Elveo is seeking a RF Systems Technical Project Manager to oversee technology development projects for satellites and wireless payloads. You will guide cradle-to-grave development, aligning with Elveo’s Technology Roadmap and driving strategy across multi-functional teams.

The role requires expertise in wireless signaling, RF design, high-speed digital design, COTS integration, and both software and hardware development, along with strong leadership in project planning and execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering from an accredited university.
• 10+ years of industry experience with 3+ years in Technical PM roles.
• Experience with RF system development, RFFE design and test, and antenna design.

Responsibilities

• Manage RF systems projects from concept to product realization.
• Define budgets, schedules, and resource needs with sponsors.
• Create task-level plans with durations and dependencies.
• Own cost, schedule, performance, and risk for assigned efforts.
• Interface with sponsors, senior team members, and other stakeholders.
• Interact with suppliers and subcontractors on development projects.
