Sonos is seeking a Radio System Integration and Compliance Engineer to lead RF performance testing, automation, and regulatory compliance activities for wireless products in Goleta, CA. You will work with hardware, software, and manufacturing teams to ensure robust radio performance and global certification readiness.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field and hands‑on experience with RF test equipment, scripting, and EMI/Coexistence analysis.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, RF Engineering or related field with 2 years of related experience.
• Expertise in RF testing, integration, or product development for Wi‑Fi and Bluetooth devices.

Responsibilities

• Execute RF performance characterization tests and characterize RF components.
• Develop and maintain Python automation scripts for RF testing and data analysis.
• Lead pre‑compliance testing and manage 3rd party radio certification processes.
• Support RF simulation and EM analysis using ADS, CST, or QUCS.
• Assist in manufacturing/JDM support and contribute to test environment management.
• Collaborate with hardware/software teams to optimize system performance.
