Job summary

Murata in Waltham, MA is seeking an experienced RF Systems Engineer to tackle wireless platform challenges, using power electronics, algorithms, and system-level requirements to deliver robust DET technology integrations.

You will mentor engineers, manage multiple technical projects, and present results to internal teams and customers while collaborating with a multinational engineering group.

Qualifications

• MSEE or PhD in RF engineering with 10+ years of experience.
• Experience with RF lab equipment, measurement, troubleshooting, standards, and theory.
• Firm understanding of Wi‑Fi and 5G standards and typical transmit‑side RF testing.
• Proficiency with MATLAB or a similar programming language.
• Experience managing a technical project or program.

The RF Systems Engineer works with wireless (e.g. cellular/Wi‑Fi) platforms solving complex problems with solutions involving power electronics, algorithms, and a clear understanding of system-level requirements. They work with tier‑one platform customers to integrate DET technology and contribute to Eta Wireless internal technology development. The RF Systems Engineer has relevant experience, mentors other engineers, manages one or more projects, and can clearly explain both problem and solution to engineers internally and in customer engagements.

Other

Minimum Salary: $97,894

Maximum Salary: $131,055
