Job summary
Emerson seeks a RF Business & Product Manager to drive investment direction within its ADG business unit. You will build compelling business cases for RF test products and coordinate with customers, R&D, and partners to deliver complete, differentiated solutions.
In this role you will lead cross-functional teams, map market opportunities, and define product roadmaps that meet customer needs and drive business results. Travel up to 25% may be required, including international assignments.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in offering or product management roles.
- Experience developing business cases and differentiated products.
- Bachelor's in Electrical/Computer Engineering or CS; MBA preferred.
Responsibilities
- Monitor technology trends affecting radar, EW, comms, navigation systems.
- Track government program spending on RDT&E activities.
- Define TAM and SAM; develop product and offering objectives.
- Lead design of differentiated products and customer experience.
- Develop end-to-end business plans; set priorities across disciplines.
- Communicate with technical and executive stakeholders.
- Manage products in market and respond to feedback.
- Establish KPIs and deliver financial results.
