Job summary

ICR Inc. is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join the RF Solutions team in Mason, Ohio. You will design, build, tune, and test SDR and RF transceiver systems to support critical national security missions, working with senior engineers to move concepts to deployment.

The role requires U.S. citizenship and TS/SCI eligibility, a ABET-accredited EE degree, and hands-on experience with RF test equipment; on-site, full-time with competitive benefits and potential for bonuses.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship and TS/SCI eligibility required.
• ABET-accredited degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field.
• Ability to read complex schematics and execute system-level specifications.
• Hands-on experience with standard RF test equipment and instrumentation.
• Experience with RF systems testing and debugging.
• Clearance: TS/SCI is required or can be sponsored.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, tune, and test next-generation RF and SDR transceiver systems.
• Generate and maintain high-fidelity system-level diagrams and docs.
• Develop and execute test plans and procedures for complex RF architectures.
• Collaborate to measure, tune, and optimize RF circuits and CCAs.
