Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field with 2+ years of related experience (internship/co-op accepted).
• Experience with remote sensing technologies (systems/software).
• Demonstrable track record in systems engineering and development.
• Experience with MATLAB and/or Python.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Participate in systems engineering teams on concurrent development projects.
• Translate user needs into requirements and devise innovative technical solutions.
• Collaborate across disciplines to develop and validate algorithms using modeling and data.
• Implement signal and image processing in MATLAB or Python for radar and electro‑optical systems.
• Document and present results to teammates and customers.
