Size, weight, power, and packaging are of paramount importance in everything we design and build.Our expertise allows us to rapidly provide these solutions in specialized electronic/mechanical design, embedded & application-level software, reverse engineering & protocol analysis, and RF signals exploitation and communications systems.We are currently seeking a senior systems engineer to lead our pursuits/proposals, provide technical leadership, be the technical interface to customers, develop concept of operations for our products and provide the systems engineering support on program execution. Ideal candidates will have 10+ years of development experience.Successful candidates will need extensive experience in the following areas:Work with business development/sales to create system technical writeups and basis of estimates for outgoing proposalsPerform operational analysis and develop concept of operations / use cases for Mastodon equipmentPresent system architecture to internal senior leadershipWork collaboratively across the engineering organization to track and manage system requirements for end systemsDevelop test plans and proceduresConduct tests and document resultsProvide technical support for application notesConduct vehicle site surveys and associated vehicle integration designs for Mastodon equipmentProcure and validate 3rd party OEM productsProvide guidance and professional development support to a team of system engineers Qualifications:Required:Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field10+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of skills, education and experienceExperience working within a multidisciplinary engineering teamExperience in new business development including creating BoEs and technical write-upsExperience working with Product Line Management to add 3rd party OEM products to accessory catalogExperience interacting with customers, business development/sales teams, and program managersThere is no clearance requirement to begin employment.
