Job summary

CALI is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Summerville, SC to support daily distribution center operations. You will accurately pick, stage, and ship orders using RF scanning tools and WMS, while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

The role requires forklift certification and at least 1 year of warehouse experience, with the ability to operate MHE and meet performance targets. Team collaboration, strong communication, and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of recent experience in a warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment role.
• Forklift certified with 6+ months of operation experience.
• Proficient with RF scanners and WMS systems.
• Ability to work independently and meet performance metrics and accuracy standards.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and stage orders based on customer and internal requirements.
• Operate material handling equipment (MHE) including forklifts and reach trucks following safety standards.
• Process orders using RF-Smart WMS, including scanning, labeling, and tracking.
• Confirm inventory accuracy through scanning and cycle counts.
• Prepare, pack, and wrap outbound shipments to ensure safe transit.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas to support safety and efficiency.
• Follow SOPs and OSHA regulations.
• Participate in team huddles and communicate with leads and supervisors.
• Support warehouse inventory control and reconcile discrepancies.
