Job summary

Klein Tools is seeking a Picker to support our Mansfield, TX Distribution Center on the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:30 PM–12:00 AM CST). You will pick customer orders across multiple zones, using RF scanners, placing items into boxes and preparing them for delivery.

Responsibilities include pallet moves, replenishment, and strict adherence to safety standards. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, basic English, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Able to read, write and understand basic English.
• Good math skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and with others; meet deadlines; lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders using RF Scanner and place them in boxes on a conveyor system.
• Assemble large quantity orders by scanning and moving pallets to staging areas.
• Handle specialized orders and kits from multiple zones as assigned.
• Replenish warehouse stock as needed and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Follow safety guidelines and Six Sigma lean standards; perform other duties as required.
