Job summary

Radians, Inc. is seeking an Order Fulfillment Specialist to support our warehouse team. You will pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment, operate forklifts and RF scanners, and maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts in a fast-paced environment.

This on-site, full-time role in Memphis, TN requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of warehouse experience, plus strong teamwork, basic computer skills, and the ability to read work orders and shipping docs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or assembly environment.
• Experience working in a team-oriented environment.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds regularly.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
• Able to read and interpret work orders and shipping docs.
• RF scanners and WMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment.
• Generate and apply shipping labels and documentation.
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Audit picked orders to ensure accuracy and route for final processing.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and organization.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Utilize RF scanning technology to track inventory and orders movement.
• Support warehouse operations across multiple areas as needed.
