Job summary

Mini-Circuits, a leader in RF and microwave solutions, seeks a Product Marketing Engineer – Core BU to provide technical application expertise, support pre-release products, and drive new datasheet development.

You will work closely with product management, engineering, and marketing to capture customer requirements, validate specifications, and create application notes, white papers, and demonstration hardware for customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Minimum 4 years’ related RF/Microwave industry experience.
• Strong technical background with RF product experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in the lab.
• Able to collaborate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to conduct business outside hours to support global customers.
• Polished and professional image.

Responsibilities

• Assess gaps in technical support material to drive RF filter design models and customer success.
• Assist in creating application notes, white papers, and other technical documentation.
• Review datasheets to ensure accuracy and clarity.
• Collaborate with product development to update datasheets based on feedback.
• Provide technical support for pre-release products, including testing and troubleshooting.
• Develop and deliver application demonstration hardware to highlight product knowledge.
• Deliver technical presentations and training sessions for sales teams and customers.
