Job summary

Samtec is seeking an RF Product Development Engineer to move new product designs through development and release. This onsite role at the PA plant involves coordinating with multiple teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.

The candidate should have 3+ years of RF connectors design experience, proficiency with 3D CAD (SolidWorks preferred), and strong communication skills to drive cross-functional efforts and successful product releases.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in design and development of RF connectors.
• Experience with 3D CAD software is required; SolidWorks is desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Able to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Review product designs, identify risks, and mitigate them.
• Lead design reviews and ensure proper release documentation.
• Provide engineering support for pre-production builds.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Quality, and Operations on project tracking.
