Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• 3–5 years in Applications Engineering, Technical Sales, or related customer-facing roles.
• Strong ability to read engineering drawings and understand technical documentation.
• Experience managing projects through multiple development stages.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-facing technical discussions and translate requirements into feasible interconnect solutions.
• Modify and tailor standard Samtec products to meet customer needs; review specs to ensure manufacturability.
• Drive customer-driven projects from concept through release and production; coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Support market insights and communicate project status, opportunities, and outcomes.
