Applicantz is seeking an RF Engineer for an onsite Fremont, CA role working 8 AM-5 PM. You will design, build, test, and troubleshoot RF power delivery and plasma generation systems for wafer fabrication equipment.
You will collaborate with electrical, mechanical, software teams and suppliers, develop test plans, analyze results, and document high-frequency performance. A Bachelor’s in EE and 5+ years of related experience (or 3 years with a Master) are required.
As a RF Engineer, you play a crucial role in designing, building, and troubleshooting cutting-edge radio frequency (RF) solutions for power delivery and plasma generation in our Etch and Deposition products. You specialize in utilizing RF as a power source and creating innovative generator designs. Your work paves the way for new power sources to be used wafer fabrication equipment.
The RF EE designs, develops, modifies, and evaluates electronic parts, components or integrated circuitry for electronic equipment, or other hardware systems and/or electrical engineering applications. Determines design approaches and parameters. Analyzes equipment to establish operating data, conducts experimental tests and evaluates results. Selects components and equipment based on analysis of specifications and reliability. May also review vendor capability to support product development.
