Job summary

Aleron is seeking an RF Engineer to support the design, development, and optimization of advanced RF power delivery systems used in semiconductor manufacturing equipment. In this role, you'll work with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative RF solutions, perform system analysis and testing, and help drive plasma-based processing technologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
3+ years of RF design and testing experience.
Experience with RF measurement equipment such as power meters, network analyzers, impedance analyzers, and spectrum analyzers.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, modify, and evaluate RF power delivery systems and electrical subsystems.
Perform electrical engineering research, testing, troubleshooting, and performance analysis.
Design and support RF delivery systems operating from 100 kHz to 100 MHz and power levels from watts to kilowatts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on embedded system design, component selection, and system integration.
Develop and execute test plans to verify technical and operational requirements.
Analyze test results and present findings during design reviews, project reviews, and engineering meetings.
