Zusammenfassung

KLA's SPTS division seeks an experienced RF & Plasma Technologist to design and develop RF sub-assemblies and plasma hardware for advanced wafer-processing systems. You will collaborate with process, electrical, mechanical, software and manufacturing teams to deliver robust subsystem solutions with world-class plasma performance.

The role involves travel to supplier sites and collaboration with international teams, with potential shift work as projects demand.

Qualifikationen

• PhD or MSc in Physics, Plasma Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics or a related discipline.
• Extensive industrial experience in plasma processing, RF engineering, vacuum systems and semiconductor equipment.
• Demonstrated success delivering technology from concept to product release.
• Strong communication skills to act as cross-functional technical authority.

Aufgaben

• Plasma-hardware development for etch and deposition sources, electrodes, gas distribution and chamber internals.
• RF sub-assembly development: design, test and optimize matching networks and transmission systems.
• Plan laboratory experiments, analyse data and document conclusions.
• Coordinate design reviews and mentor engineers.
