Job summary

The Aerospace Corporation seeks an RF Payload Analyst - Engineering Specialist to join MPD. You will tackle RF payload design, performance analysis, and mission modeling for high-stakes national security programs.

Expect collaboration across teams and direct engagement with DoD and intelligence customers. Qualifications include 6+ years in RF engineering and mission analysis, a relevant Master's or PhD, and proficiency in MATLAB, C/C++, and Python.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of RF engineering and mission analysis experience.
• Master's or PhD in mathematics, physics, electrical engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in MATLAB, C/C++, and Python for analysis and development.
• Experience designing RF payloads for SIGINT systems and performing mission analysis.
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and collaborate across teams.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI access and willingness to travel domestically.

Responsibilities

• Drive mission success through RF payload design, performance analysis, and mission modeling.
• Develop efficient hardware implementations and advanced signal processing algorithms.
• Lead cross-functional analysis efforts from concept to execution with stakeholders.
• Advise on requirements development and influence program direction.
• Oversee payload designs from initial requirements to deployment and end-of-life.
