Job summary

HII – Mission Technologies in Albuquerque, NM seeks an RF/Network Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support RF and cyber system testing for DoD programs. You will design RF and network solutions, provide schematics, and select hardware/software to meet demanding mission requirements.

The role requires 9 years of relevant experience (or 7 with a Master’s) in RF or radar/EW environments, with MATLAB knowledge and willingness to deploy for two to three weeks at a time.

Qualifications

• RF experience with Radar or Electronic Warfare System design and/or testing
• Ability to design complex computer network solutions in uncommon environments
• Interest in EW and Radar Signal Processing techniques
• Willing to travel for extended deployments typically 2–3 weeks

Responsibilities

• Design and generate RF and computer-based network systems
• Provide specifications and detailed schematics for network architecture
• Provide information for hardware/software selection and implementation techniques
• Perform RF chain analysis and radar system performance analysis
• Direct and perform continuous testing, integration and verification of RF/Cyber systems across lab facilities
• Support test planning, procedures and reports for customer releases
• Support leadership through risk identification
• Manage Government furnished equipment for contractor staff
• Support test analysts in operational readiness activities
