Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners, LLC is seeking an RF Net Systems Performance Engineer II to evaluate service performance trends, isolate root causes, and support 5G/LTE and microwave network design. You will perform KPI testing, data analysis, and drive optimization projects across regions and HQ, with work at Troy, MI or other US sites as needed.

8 AM–5 PM, on-site, dynamic environment. Requirements include a US bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in EE/CS/related field and 4 years RF

Qualifications

• US Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and four (4) years of RF engineering experience OR US Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and two (2) years of RF engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate service performance trends and isolate root causes of impacted services.
• Utilize knowledge of 5G, LTE, IP, and microwave to contribute to network design.
• Perform testing and analyses of relevant key performance indicators.
• Coordinate technical investigations and test with appropriate regional, area and HQ functions.
• Provide technical analysis, troubleshooting, and training assistance to markets and regions.
• Optimize networks using traditional and innovative means.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints regarding service.
• Conduct data analysis of switch statistics and drive data by conducting drive/walk testing for potential sites, new site integration, and system optimization.
• Maintain accuracy of the databases and tools to ensure proper reporting.

Minimum Qualifications:

US Bachelors’ degree or foreign equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and four (4) years of experience as an RF engineering professional OR US Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and two (2) years of experience as an RF engineering professional.

Special Skill Requirements:

Experience must include: Atoll; and RFDS. Must have two (2) years of experience in each of the following: LTE or VoLTE technology; 5G and LTE network KPIs and key parameters; network design or optimization; call flow analysis tool; and Tableau.
