Job summary

Apple, Inc. is seeking a Wireless Module Test Engineer (WMTE) to design and drive high-volume RF test strategies across module factories. You will own test stations, coordinate with multiple vendors, and optimize test approaches for Wifi/Bluetooth/UWB/GPS/Cellular/NFC technologies.

You will work with diverse chipsets, develop scalable test methodologies, and apply data-driven insights to improve yields and test times in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment at Apple facilities in Austin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; BS acceptable with 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Proficient in C/C++, Python, and Matlab for test development and data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with RF lab equipment and high-volume ATE testers (LitePoint, Advantest, Teradyne).
• Familiarity with SPI, SWD, PCIe, and JTAG protocols.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement test solutions across wireless technologies at module factories from NPI to high volume mass production.
• Own and debug test stations at module factories.
• Ensure wireless module tests are planned around upstream and downstream tests at multiple vendors.
• Drive module vendors, fixture suppliers and test vendors for ATE solutions implementation.
• Analyze NPI and mass production data to drive cross-functional decisions to improve yields and test efficiencies.
