Job summary

Corry Micronics, LLC designs and manufactures RF solutions for demanding applications. A Quality Inspector will ensure incoming components and manufactured products meet customer specifications, while collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to resolve quality issues.

You will perform visual inspections and dimensional evaluations, maintain inspection records, support customers, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Three years minimum of general inspection work.
• Experience with Military documentation.
• Ability to read and understand complex drawings, instructions, and specifications.
• Familiar with ISO9001 or similar Quality Systems.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong team contributor in a dynamic workflow environment with good time management skills.
• US Citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspections of components, sub-assemblies and final product per work instructions and customer specifications.
• Perform dimensional and testing evaluations of components, sub-assemblies and final product per work instructions and customer specifications.
• Create and maintain proper records of inspections, including written records, photographs, etc.
• Support customer representatives.
• Perform internal testing such as leak tests.
• Perform annual calibrations.
• Complete 1st article reports for customers.
• Participate in improvement projects.
• Organize work and storage areas for efficient workflow.
• Support the company through participation in continuous improvement efforts.
• All other duties as directed by supervisor.
