Job summary
TSC in Huntsville, Alabama seeks Electrical Engineering Co-Op students to apply classroom knowledge to RF/microwave sensor and radar systems. You will work with the Radar & Precision Weapons Development Operation, supporting engineers on data analysis, testing, and system modeling as you gain hands-on experience.
This three-semester program alternates school and work, offering exposure to OrCAD, HFSS, Matlab, and Python, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in an accredited university and in good academic standing.
- Pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Hardware Engineering, Wireless Hardware Engineering, or related field.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret DoD Security Clearance.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
Responsibilities
- Support the full-time engineering staff with hands-on tasks on RF/microwave projects.
- Assist with military defense systems field tests and data analysis.
- Help with RF/microwave component testing procedures and circuit modeling.
- Contribute to system modeling, verification and integration efforts.
- Learn and apply CAD tools such as OrCAD, HFSS, Matlab, and Python.
