Join our RF/Microwave Engineering team at Raytheon and help develop mission-critical technologies that protect the U.S. and our international allies. In this role, you will design, develop, integrate, test, and/or support the manufacture of advanced RF and microwave hardware for radar and sensing applications.
You may work across a broad range of technologies, including RF circuit card assemblies (CCAs) and modules for receivers, exciters, and transmitters; antennas and radomes; semiconductor devices; microwave and millimeter-wave integrated circuits (MMICs); and phased-array hardware.
You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary engineering, manufacturing, test, and program teams throughout the full hardware development lifecycle—from concept development and detailed design through integration, verification, and transition to production. This is an opportunity to solve challenging RF problems, work hands‑on with advanced hardware, and contribute directly to some of Raytheon’s premier radar and sensing programs.
The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
