Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline with 2+ years of RF/microwave experience or Master’s degree with 0 years.
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government Top-Secret/SCI clearance.
• Lab hands-on microwave experience; RF measurement equipment familiarity is a strong plus.
• Collaborates effectively in a fast-paced team environment and communicates with colleagues daily.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop RF component specifications from system-level requirements.
• Evaluate ICDs and verify requirements against subcontractors' implementations.
• Support integration and testing of spacecraft hardware through production and environmental tests.
• Progress to cognizant RF COMM engineer after shadowing a technical lead.
• Prepare clear technical documentation and present findings to the team.
