Job summary

Analog Devices is seeking a product engineer to support RF/microwave design across Communications, Test & Measurement, Industrial, and Aerospace/Defense sectors. You will work with top RF/microwave professionals to develop innovative designs for the next generation of RF systems.

The role emphasizes collaboration, hands-on design work, and using industry-standard EDA tools and test equipment to ensure performance and reliability in diverse applications.

Qualifications

• BSEE/MSEE/PhD in EE with RF/microwave focus.
• 0–3 years of experience required.
• US citizenship or green card required.
• Proficiency with EDA tools: Cadence, ADS, AWR, Ansys HFSS, Sonnet, Momentum, RFPro.
• Knowledge of GaAs and/or GaN device physics and modeling.

Analog Devices is seeking to hire a product engineer to support the development of RF/microwave designs to be used in Communications, Test & Measurement Instrumentation, Industrial, and Aerospace and Defense. This exciting role will offer the opportunity to work with and learn from some of our top industry leading RF and microwave professionals.

Qualifications

• Experience with GaAs and/or GaN semiconductor technologies, MMIC design and layout, electro-magnetic simulation, thermal analysis and industry standard EDA tools like ADS and Momentum/RFPro/Sonnet.
• BSEE/MSEE/PhD degree in EE with background in RF/microwave engineering, with a minimum of 0-3 years of experience. Ph.D. in relevant areas could be counted towards industry experience depending on the thesis.
• Must be a US citizen or green card holder
• Proficiency with EDA tools: Cadence, ADS, AWR, Ansys HFSS, Sonnet, Momentum, RFPro etc.
• Knowledge of GaAs and/or GaN device physics and modeling
• Knowledge of PA linearization and efficiency enhancement is a plus
• Microwave/millimeter-wave circuit/system design experience
• Proficiency with RF/microwave test equipment and measurement techniques, e.g. spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, power meters, etc.
• Must have excellent teamwork and communications skills

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $87,188 to $119,906. Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location , experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.

This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
