Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field plus 4 years of experience.
• Proficient in RF systems for wireless communications, test setups, and debugging.
• Experience with RF measurement for design validation.
• Strong Python programming for test automation and data collection.
• Experience interfacing devices under test via APIs and scripting.
• Ability to perform data analysis and present results to cross-functional teams.
• Experience developing unit tests and performing regression analysis.
• Experience performing failure analysis of RF components and tests setups.

Responsibilities

• Define test requirements and perform RF tests during validation and production phases.
• Design efficient end-of-line production tests with engineering teams and contract manufacturers.
• Lead verification of complex projects by defining test methodology and coverage across the system.
• Debug hardware issues using RF design and data analysis; report results.
• Automate test data collection, analysis, and reporting with Python to reduce operator error.
• Create and execute detailed test plans for end-to-end system performance evaluation.
