Job summary

Astranis is seeking a Summer 2027 RF Hardware Intern in San Francisco to design, simulate, implement, and test RF sub-systems at microwave frequencies. You will work with engineers to integrate hardware into spacecraft and gain hands-on experience on space-grade hardware.

We value students currently enrolled in a bachelor's program in electrical engineering or related fields, with passion for hardware, RF concepts, and measurement techniques using spectrum analyzers and network analyzers.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program in electrical engineering, physics, applied physics, or related technical field.
• Demonstrated hands-on RF hardware experience and testing.

Responsibilities

• Design, simulate, implement, and measure passive/active RF sub-systems at microwave frequencies.
• Integrate RF systems into the spacecraft and collaborate with the team.
