Kelly Digital Infrastructure is seeking an RF Drive Tester to own nationwide field data collection, drive tests, and RF parameter logging across the United States. You will operate test vehicles, configure XCAL, and verify network performance in real-world conditions.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of RF drive testing and field data collection experience.
• Proficiency with XCAL for RF data collection and analysis.
• Experience with GPS navigation systems and test vehicles.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nationwide RF drive tests and data collection across the USA.
• Configure RF test equipment and XCAL benchmarking tools.
• Measure RSRP, RSRQ, and throughput; log and verify data.
• Identify coverage holes and interference sources; report findings.
• Collaborate with RF optimization engineers and field technicians.
• Maintain field logs and daily data delivery summaries.
