Job summary

Reliance Test & Technology, LLC is seeking a Journeyman Field Engineer RF at Eglin AFB, FL. The role requires a Top Secret clearance and an associate-level electronics/engineering background.

You will install and maintain RF/IR equipment, support simulation systems, and contribute to test capabilities and reports. Open position at the Guided Weapons Evaluation Facility; this full-time post demands hands-on technical work, problem solving, and collaboration with facility engineers.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or training certificates in electronics or engineering from trade schools, colleges, military, etc.

Responsibilities

• Install, operate, and maintain RF amplifiers, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, RF probes, frequency counters, RF attenuators and modulators, RF cabling, PCs and computer interfaces to simulation equipment.
• Set up test equipment, configure test areas for simulation, prepare equipment and perform equipment diagnostics, operate IR/RF equipment, collect and process data.
• Support facility engineers and analysts in developing test capabilities and in preparing technical reports and correspondence.
• Provide journeyman level expertise to resolve moderately to very challenging problems in the area of responsibility.
