Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Sophomore, Junior or Senior Engineering student pursuing an engineering degree.
• Coursework in Circuits, Physics, Chemistry, and/or Electromagnetics.
• Engineering student progressing toward an engineering degree.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to network.
• Diligent, hardworking, and quick to learn.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with and assist RF engineers with various engineering assignments.
• Carry out basic work instructions to understand the fundamentals of the company and learn new things.
• Conduct limited-scope testing under the supervision of engineers.
• Complete assigned tasks on time.
• Gather and assemble data for engineers.
• Help with research in a particular field as required.
• Conduct design analysis and/or calculations under the supervision of engineers.
• Assist engineers with appropriate design details.
• Perform tasks to gain familiarity with engineering staff, methods, programs, and practices.
• Support, communicate, reinforce, and defend the organization’s mission, values, and culture.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
