• Knowledge of RF theory and practice, as well as 5G and LTE/VoLTE technology.
• Experience in design & optimization of 5G and LTE/VoLTE networks.
• Understanding of 5G and LTE network KPIs and key parameters.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, including VB macro creation and worksheet manipulation

MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):

• 5G and LTE/VoLTE Network Design and Optimization: Proven ability to design, optimize, and troubleshoot 5G and LTE/VoLTE networks, ensuring optimal performance and coverage. (3-5 years of experience)
• Targeted Years of Experience: 3-5 years
• RF Theory and Practice: Solid understanding of RF principles and techniques, enabling effective analysis and resolution of RF-related issues. (3-5 years of experience)
• Experience with Atoll, FUZE NPP, and RFDS Conquest tools.
• Familiarity with close-out package review processes.
• Knowledge of various wireless technologies.
• Small cell Odas knowledge, previous experience with ODAS vendors.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field is required.
