CDIT Solutions seeks a NAVWAR Analyst (RF Data Analyst) to support the Joint Navigation Warfare Center at Kirtland AFB, NM. You will analyze RF data from field events to identify PNT vulnerabilities and threats, shaping DoD readiness and decision-making across agencies.

Qualifications

  • Active SECRET security clearance.
  • 5 years of experience in Electrical, Mechanical, RF Engineering, or Data Science.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Data Science.
  • Strong foundation in technical principles and data-driven methodologies.
  • Proven track record of applying technical expertise to solve complex problems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop NAVWAR insights to support DoD understanding of PNT vulnerabilities and threats.
  • Script data processing workflows to create dashboards and reports for DoD stakeholders.

As a NAVWAR Analyst (RF Data Analyst) supporting the JointNavigation Warfare Center (JNWC), you will contribute to enhancing theDepartment of Defense's understanding of Positioning, Navigation, and Timing(PNT) vulnerabilities and threats. Located at Kirtland Air Force Base, NewMexico - the DoD's Center of Excellence for Navigation Warfare (NAVWAR) and PNTcapabilities integration - you will develop critical NAVWAR insights thatsupport operational readiness and strategic decision-making across multiple defenseagencies and coalition partners.

You will leverage advanced analysis software to process andinterpret RF data collected from field events and military exercises, providingactionable insights. Your work will directly impact joint planning, OperationPlan (OPLAN) analysis, and the execution of NAVWAR operations across alldomains. You will collaborate with engineering teams to gather analysis anddata requirements during the planning phase, develop test plans to characterizeand assess navigation hardware performance, and handle requests to identifypotential RF interference that could impact space launches - ensuring thoroughanalysis and timely resolution.

RequiredQualifications
  • ActiveSECRET security clearance.
  • Five(5) years of experience in Electrical, Mechanical, or RF Engineering, or DataScience.
  • Bachelor'sdegree (BA/BS) in an Engineering field (Electrical, Mechanical, RF) or DataScience.
  • Strongfoundation in technical principles and data-driven methodologies.
  • Proventrack record of applying technical expertise to solve complex engineeringproblems and drive data-driven insights.
DesiredQualifications
  • Experienceor familiarity with data manipulation - cleaning, transforming, and analyzinglarge datasets using tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
  • Experiencecoding for data analytics and visualization using Python, R, or JMP to automateworkflows, perform statistical analysis, and build interactive reports ordashboards.
  • Proficiencywith tools and technologies such as JMP, GIANT, GIANT RPM, Builder, SystemsToolkit (STK), or other modeling and simulation programs.
