Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems in Elkridge, MD, is seeking an Electronics Engineer to join the Life Cycle Sustainment Operations Team. You'll apply RF engineering principles to support testing and repair of airborne radars and test sets, and contribute to analysis and documentation.

The role requires a BS or MS in Electrical/Computer Engineering with relevant experience, proficiency with RF test equipment, and the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Secret Clearance.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related STEM field.
• Experience with RF test equipment and debugging/test software.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret Clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and evaluate performance of older test sets with documentation.
• Support production floor operators and test technicians in a timely manner.
• Design and integration of new test sets for airborne radars and test equipment.
• Conduct unit under test evaluations and document procedures.
• Generate technical reports and track performance; report to Program Managers and IPT Management.
