Job summary

Securitas Healthcare, part of Securitas, seeks an Electrical Engineer for our Lincoln, NE site. This onsite role supports a low-volume, high-mix production environment, debugging hardware and software, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and offshore suppliers.

Requirements include a BS in Electrical/Electronics Engineering and 1–3 years in design engineering. Proficiency with test equipment and strong communication are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
• 1–3 years of design/product engineering experience.
• Proficient with test equipment: multimeters, scopes, spectrum analyzers, DAQ.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and collaborative ability.
• Hands-on debugging of hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and debug circuits and software in an electronics manufacturing setting.
• Learn existing designs and work with a multi-discipline team.
• Support production lines and interact with offshore suppliers.
• Prepare design, manufacturing, and process documentation.
• Assist with cost reduction and quality analysis.
