BAE Systems Countermeasures & Attack Solutions (CEMA) Business Area has immediate openings for highly motivated Systems Engineering Leads in the Advanced Compact EW Solutions Product Line Production Portfolio. Advanced Compact EW Solutions (ACES) is looking for Systems Engineers to support multiple new and ongoing programs as we grow our business.
Team members will develop, analyze, and allocate requirements; assist in system design using model-based systems engineering tools like Cameo/SysML; plan and execute integration and test activities; and work with engineers in multiple disciplines to accomplish project goals.
Though this is not a titled management role, candidates at this level of experience may be asked to lead small groups of colleagues to accomplish technical program tasks, or represent the team in discussions with customers and other stakeholders.
We are focused on delivering innovative Electronic Warfare solutions through the lifecycle of system development on schedule and within cost. Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time. We hold the option to offer a more senior or more junior position to applicants if justified by skills and experience.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, or math field, with 10 years of experience; or master's degree in a STEM field with 8 years experience; or a PhD with 6 years of experience.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $146670 - $249330
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
