Job summary

Dorman Products is seeking a warehouse fulfillment associate to safely and efficiently process customer orders. You will operate motorized equipment to load/unload, pick and put away products, and replenish locations to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, pass RF scanner tests, and follow safety and productivity standards while working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must meet departmental efficiency and DPM standards.
• Must have no active warnings in the past year.
• Ability to pass motorized industrial equipment test and obtain license.
• Ability to use RF scanners.
• Ability to lift, pack and stack up to 50 pounds.
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to identify and differentiate part numbers.
• Ability to use a utility knife and tape gun.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic keyboarding skills.
• Meet safety, accuracy, productivity and housekeeping standards.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and transport orders using motorized equipment.
• Pick and put-away products and replenish picking locations.
• Support timely and accurate order fulfillment with a focus on safety and efficiency.
