Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking an Engineering Technician B for our Salt Lake City, UT facility. This role supports testing and debugging of LRU/CCAs and components, reporting to the Manufacturing Supervisor. Expect a 2nd shift (9/80) with every other Friday off and work in a lab environment.

Responsibilities include assisting Engineers with test procedures, root cause analysis, and maintaining test documentation and equipment. Candidate must be able to obtain DoD security clearance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience.
• 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain a Department of Defense Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist Engineer to develop and maintain test procedures.
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis on failures.
• Assist in component level debug on the product in test labs.
• Provide input to develop and maintain Test Bill-of-Process and Work Instructions.
• Participation in reoccurring engineering related Test Readiness Reviews.
• Assist in maintaining Government/Customer Furnished Equipment.
