Job summary

A telecommunications company is seeking an RF Design Engineer for a 3-month contract based in Walnut Creek, California. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the cellular or telecommunications industry as an RF Design Engineer.
• Experience in analyzing network performance/metrics and selecting antenna/radio solutions for capacity and/or coverage requirements.
• Experience pulling data from multiple sources and generating evaluation/solution reports.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to RF Design of regional cellular network, modifying existing sites.
• Work with the performance team to resolve area issues and research previous projects.
• Analyze network metrics and drive tests to evaluate search area candidates.
