The Radio Frequency Design & Testing Engineer is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Irving, TX. This position is responsible for designing RF circuits and systems for in‑building wireless solutions, including radio and cellular enhancement, WiFi, and related infrastructure. Day‑to‑day activities include developing and simulating RF and analog circuit designs, performing lab and field testing, conducting measurements with network analyzers and other RF test equipment, and validating system performance against specifications. The engineer collaborates with project managers and installation teams to translate customer requirements into practical RF designs, prepares technical documentation and test reports, and supports troubleshooting, optimization, and maintenance of deployed systems. The role also involves staying current with industry standards and best practices to ensure reliable, secure, and compliant wireless solutions.
