Skyworks Solutions, Inc. in Andover, MA, invites a technically motivated student to join the RF Design Engineering Co-Op for Jan–June 2027. You will work with mentors on RF designs for WLAN applications, including PA/LNA cores, switches, and analog blocks, in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on design, RF testing, and collaboration across teams. Eligibility includes pursuing MS/PhD in EE (BS considered for exceptional students) and onsite availability in early 2027.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• BS level candidates may also apply.
• Available to work onsite Jan–June 2027.
• Solid understanding of RF/microwave design.
• Familiar with RF test equipment and lab practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and debugging of RF FEMs with power amplifier, LNA, and switch content in the 2-7 GHz frequency band.
• Support RF test evaluation of RFICs and multichip modules.
• Assist full-time engineering group members with their project assignments.
• Completion of a die/package level design project.
