Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in product compliance, certification engineering, RF engineering, or related field.
• Experience completing radio certifications (FCC/ISED/CE or similar).
• Familiarity with radio‑certification processes and RF technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate domestic and international product‑compliance testing (radio, safety, EMC).
• Manage certification requirements for radio transmission and modulation technologies (FDD/TDD, MIMO, FCC spectral masks).
• Guide products from development through testing and approval; manage schedules and documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify, prevent, and mitigate certification risks early in development.
• Coordinate external test laboratories, agencies, and internal stakeholders; oversee tests and approvals.
• Prepare, submit, and manage approval applications and accompanying documentation.
