Job summary

Times Microwave Systems is seeking an Assembly Operator to assemble flexible and semi-rigid RF cables per engineering specs. You will solder and weld connectors, read engineering drawings, and prepare cables for assembly in a clean, quiet environment.

The role requires 1–2 years in manufacturing, ability to read micrometers and calipers, and proficiency in basic math. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years in a manufacturing setting preferred.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Experience with micrometers and calipers is preferred.
• Ability to read, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Reads and interprets engineering documents to assemble cables.
• Follows work instructions to meet customer specifications.
• Collaborates with engineers to solve production issues.
• Preps cables for assembly and performs soldering/welding as required.
• Measures and bends cables to specified dimensions and completes paperwork.
