Northwood Space is building a global network of next‑generation ground stations. This Solutions Architect role translates customer needs and network inputs into concrete product definitions, collaborating with Sites, BD, and Engineering leadership to shape direction and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, physics, or math.
• 5–10+ years in systems engineering, solutions architecture, or similar.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Working knowledge of RF systems or satellite communications.

Responsibilities

• Translate network inputs into concrete product architectures.
• Define RF and system‑level parameters and targets.
• Iterate architectures using simulations and budgets to ensure viability.
• Collaborate with Business Development to shape engagements and proposals.
• Align with Engineering Leadership on roadmap and delivery definitions.
