Job summary

Times Microwave Systems is seeking a technically versatile professional to provide RF/microwave interconnect solutions and on-site customer support across various market segments.

You will collaborate with Business Development and Program Management teams to secure design wins, prepare technical documentation, and assist during product development while traveling up to 40% to support customers and channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years in a technical role with customer interaction.
• Experience with RF/microwave theory, impedance matching, testing, and assemblies.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and physics knowledge (temperature, pressure, corrosion, radiation).
• Responsive, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-driven with entrepreneurial spirit and technical curiosity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to present to diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel 25–40%.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BD and PMs to provide technical support and drive revenue growth.
• Interface with customers, identify needs, and develop differentiated solutions.
• Support key accounts with partnerships and subject matter expertise.
• Provide on-site product support and training to customers and channels.
• Present technology concepts to customers and channels for pre-sales activity.
• Assist with quoting activities including configurations and cost analysis.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Capture VoC and VoM to teams for continuous improvement and new development.
• Work with Engineering/Marketing to create drawings, data sheets, and notes.
• Maintain marketing literature including website, catalogs, and papers.
• Participate in design reviews and product releases.
