Job summary

Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. invites motivated engineering students to join the Summer 2027 internship program in RF/Analog or Mixed-Signal tracks. Interns will contribute to RF system design, transistor-level layouts, and verification under a mentorship program within a global team.

You’ll gain hands-on experience with 5G/6G workstreams, participate in design reviews, and develop practical HW engineering skills in a fast-paced setting that emphasizes collaboration and learning.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s, master’s, or Ph.D. degree program in computer engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field
• Must be available for 11–14 weeks during Summer 2027 (May–September)
• Expected graduation date of November 2027 or later

Responsibilities

• Assist RF/Analog/Mixed-Signal projects and learn through hands-on tasks
• Support design reviews and simulations across 5G/6G RF/microwave topics
• Collaborate with mentors and global teams on hardware intern projects
