Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. in Santa Clara invites students to join the RF/Analog or Mixed‑Signal Engineering Intern tracks for Summer 2027.

You’ll work on real design challenges with mentors, across 5G/6G, RF system performance, and IC design. This internship runs 11–14 weeks (May–September) with opportunities to contribute to mmWave, PA architectures, and SIPI analysis, while gaining hands-on experience in Cadence, MATLAB, HFSS, Python, and Verilog.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s, master’s, or Ph.D. degree program in electrical or computer engineering or a related field.
• Available for 11–14 weeks during Summer 2027 (May–September)
• Expected graduation date of November 2027 or later

Responsibilities

• Participate in RF/Analog or Mixed-Signal engineering projects.
• Contribute to design, analysis, and optimization tasks across 5G/6G initiatives.
• Collaborate with mentors and cross-functional teams to deliver internship outcomes.
