Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking an Assembler Rework in Irvine, CA for a full-time contract position to start immediately. The role involves performing manufacturing operations, handling rework at unit and component levels, and supporting operators.

You will choose methods, drive continuous improvement, and may participate in final inspections per drawings and regulatory requirements. The position requires English proficiency and prior experience in mechanical inspection tools and reading drawings.

Qualifications

• 2 years working in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Has performed process and/or quality system audits.
• Manual dexterity skills.
• Ability to communicate and follow the manufacturing process instructions in English.
• Previous knowledge (1+ year) of electronic sub-assemblies & system integration.
• Be able to lift up to 15-30 pounds.
• 3 years of experience using mechanical inspection tools (caliper, ruler, scales, etc).
• Prior experience reading two dimensional drawings to create article inspection report.
• Prior expertise performing process audits and assessments.
• Education Level Required: High School or Technical School graduate.

Responsibilities

• Performs Manufacturing operations in accordance with the associated documentation and the time allocated, using the resources available
• Is responsible for complex work and rework at unit and component level
• Chooses and implements suitable methods, resources and procedures
• Brings support to the operators
• Initializes and manages continuous improvement actions in and around his/her area
• Performs final inspection duties when requested in accordance with drawings, EOs and any other regulatory requirement pertaining to the product
