Hours

2nd Shift (Monday - Thursday, 3pm - 1am; some mandatory OT on Fridays)

Wage

• Starting wages range from $19-$21+ based on experience
• Second shift qualifies for a $1/hr shift premium

Major Job Function

Responsible for setting up and adjusting slitting machines to ensure optimal quality and speeds.

Essential Job Duties

• Complete all shift paperwork, including downtime sheets.
• Ensure machine speeds are correct.
• Read tickets and match with dockets accurately.
• Make machine adjustments during shifts to maintain quality and production.
• Make roll changes efficiently.
• Check off on jobs at start and after changeovers.
• Know location of power, air, and water cutoffs.
• Report issues to lead or supervisor.
• Set edge guides and turn towers.
• Line up film in the machine.
• Maintain machine operation.
• Complete all paperwork with totals by shift end.
• Ensure rolls match paperwork and report overruns or shorts.

• 18 years or older
• Experience reading and recording measurements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 10 hours
• 1+ years manufacturing experience preferred
