We are hiring for a Rewind Machine Operator on the third shift, Sunday to Friday, 11pm to 7am.

Position Summary

The Rewind Machine Operator is responsible for inspecting and processing printed products using finishing equipment, ensuring they meet customer specifications and quality standards.

Essential Functions
  1. Inspect printed products for quality conformance.
  2. Reject defective products.
  3. Operate finishing equipment at required speeds.
  4. Review job orders for specifications.
  5. Report and assist in resolving production issues.
  6. Load and adjust master press rolls.
  7. Transport printed materials.
  8. Control finishing equipment operations.
  9. Monitor equipment and perform adjustments.
  10. Maintain equipment and record production data.
  11. Verify quality and ensure proper line clearance.
  12. Maintain a safe work environment and follow safety protocols.
  13. Support quality control and internal audits.
  14. Maintain daily reports on time and materials usage.
Skills and Experience

Must be able to monitor processes and work independently. Good time management, organization, and decision-making skills are essential. Experience in finishing or inspection preferred. High school diploma or GED required. Basic math and computer skills needed. English language proficiency required.

Physical Requirements

Work is indoors in a controlled environment. Tasks involve standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working near noise and lights. Visual and auditory acuity are necessary for safety and quality assurance.
