Job Description

The Label Rewind Operator will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. A Label Rewind Operator is responsible for processing large rolls of material into smaller, finished rolls. They also operate various packaging and cutting equipment to cut down paper and package using an L-Sealer. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for excellence, we want to hear from you! What does my workday look like in this role?

  • Work schedule: 3:30pm-2:00am, Monday-Thursday (30-minute unpaid lunch).
  • Operate rewind equipment to cut, package, and prepare labels for shipment.
  • Meet production targets while following safety procedures.
  • Complete quality and production logs using basic math.
  • Set up rolls and spools for rewinding.
  • Operate equipment using a foot pedal.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
  • Follow Lean practices and work as an active team member.
  • Use ruler skills and attention to detail for quality control.
